The Goal: hedonistic recipes that won't make the eater hate themselves.
I have 3 simple food rules.
#1 Must nourish ("whole" foods, plant-based, etc.)
#2 Must be DELICIOUS (not "not bad." Life is just too short.)
#3 Must be do-able (else I will inevitably eat nachos for the rest of my adult life).
Eat on friends, eat on.
